Returns & Exchanges

At Aromatix Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened beauty products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused item in its original packaging with all seals intact to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
